Why is Lviv correct and Kiev incorrect as a page title? Lviv was named Lemberg under Austro-Hungarian Empire, Lwow under Second Polish Republic, and now Lviv under Ukrainian government. In Wikipidea the page title is Lviv and not Lwow or Lemberg. What is the argument for keeping the Russian version Kiev instead of the Ukrainian Kyiv? Wikipedia is not consistent.
