Hurricane Willa

@KN2731 and Hurricanehink: I just wanted to let you know that I dug up some scholarly literature on Hurricane Willa in both English and Spanish (on the main page for this TF). Note that I haven't checked these over thoroughly (have to work soon!) and not all of them will have to be used as a result. I will get regular news source searches done later today or tomorrow. My priority will be to get Hurricane Lane's update done first since it's an older FA. Resource Request is a helpful tool for getting access to journals and reports that are not open access.
