The 2023–24 season is the 33rd season of competitive association football in Ukraine since dissolution of the Soviet Union.
With the continuation of the Russo-Ukrainian War, the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) decided to go forward with continuation of another season. The UAF approved round-robin tournaments in all national league competitions under strict safety precautions.

[edit]- Rubikon Kyiv was excluded from the Professional Football League of Ukraine (PFL) on decision of the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) Control and Disciplinary Commission (CDC) on 11 May 2023 and the PFL Central Council.[14]
On 21 June 2023 the 31st PFL Conference excluded following clubs that did not compete last season but were keeping their membership.[15]
