Karen Khachanov defeated Gabriel Diallo in the final, 6–2, 5–7, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Almaty Open.[1] It was his seventh ATP Tour singles title.

Adrian Mannarino was the defending champion,[2][3] but lost to Aleksandar Vukic in the second round.

Aged 17 years and 14 days old, Justin Engel became the youngest player to win an ATP Tour main draw singles match since Carlos Alcaraz at the 2020 Rio Open.[4][5][6]
