Re-title to "slogans" rather than "catchphrases"?

"Chinese political slogans" seems more apt than "Chinese political catchphrases". To many readers, "catchphrases" has connotations of advertising, tv shows, and film. It seems less suited to the political and historical context that this category addresses. Many of the articles in this category deal with slogans that have a much greater political discourse significance or historical valence than "catchphrase" might imply.

I do not often focus on categories when I edit, so I am also happy for someone to explain if there's a reason "catchphrases" seems better. For me, "Chinese political slogans" looks like an obvious improvement. JArthur1984 (talk) 13:40, 13 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
