Episode Total
It says 61 episodes, but there are 2 episodes in 1. Are there 62 shows or 62 eisodes? --Imax80 22:28, 15 October 2006 (UTC)
- The 2 episodes in one thing? Okay, there are 62 episodes, but 124 shorts.--Atomic-Suit-n-tieWhat Have I Done?! 01:02, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- Some episodes were a full half hour, not just 11 minutes. DietLimeCola 20:16, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- There are two, "Take this Ed and Shove it" and "If it Smells like an Ed" so that's two full episodes, plus the 124 short episodes, so that's 126, and add the 3 specials and you get 129 episodes. That's a hit for Cartoon Network. --Imax80 21:08, 16 October 2006 (UTC)
- What about "Out with the Old, In with the Ed"? DietLimeCola 01:15, 17 October 2006 (UTC)
- Okay then, 130 episodes. --Imax80 19:13, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- If it has a title screen, it's an episode. Therefore, there are 2 episodes in every show, except for a few shows that one episode was the entire show. I think. -- Elaich 20:13, 21 October 2006 (UTC)
- It's 122 total episodes if you count the specials, if not its 119. (taking into consideration the full half hour episodes, "Out with the old, in with the Ed,", "Take this Ed and Shove it", and "If it Smells like an Ed".)
It's Over?
Yay! The edit war is over! --Wack'd About Wiki 19:36, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- What edit war?--ASNT 20:59, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
- If you look through the article's history and this talk page's archive, you see that there was an edit war a month ago on the "cruft" or "fancruft" that was being added to this article and the library vandals who were adding them. It got so bad, that this page had to be protected. Squirepants101 21:05, 18 October 2006 (UTC)
It's been over awhile, Wack'd. There was misunderstanding between people who were adding and those who were protecting the article from vandalism (though there were also actual vandals), but it's been long cleared. If the war was still going, that would be pretty pathetic. Black Kat 21:45, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
Episode Disorder
I just got the Complete 1st season of the 3 Eds on DVD, and the DVD says that "The Ed-Touchables" and "Nagged to Ed" were Episode 2. They were epiosde 1, but I guess they were aired after Episode 2. --Imax80 01:26, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, alot of cartoons air out of order of productio numbers. DietLimeCola 02:39, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
Well, Cartoon Network's episode guide of Ed, Edd n Eddy is different. Sites, such as this or TV.com must have the real one. -- Schfiftythree628 16:37:38 (UTC)
One More Season
Due to the expected season 6 running into 2008, doesn't it mean that Cartoon Network only has to order one more season for the show to last ten years? I wonder if Danny's planning anything special for this potential event... --Wack'd About Wiki 01:24, 23 October 2006 (UTC)
- Theres only 6 seasons, no season 7 has been announced, yet anyways. DietLimeCola 06:51, 23 October 2006 (UTC)

A Room With an Ed / May I have this Ed?
What happened to these episodes? I got this information from a reliable source (same place we go the info for all the other season 5 episodes). [2].
A ROOM WITH AN ED: Edd and Eddy slip through Ed's bedroom window only to find that Ed doesn't live there anymore. The walls have been painted pink and dollies have taken the place of moldy socks. Sarah announces that Ed's bedroom is now her and Jimmy's playroom while Ed has been evicted to a cardboard box in the garage. Eddy is enraged at Ed's bratty sister getting her own way yet again. Edd counsels Ed to accept his fate graciously but Eddy forces Ed to finally stand up to Sarah.
MAY I HAVE THIS ED?: The school dance is just a day away and none of the Eds have dates yet. Eddy finds a manual that belonged to his brother - 'The Don'ts and Do's of Being Cool.' The book has everything you need to know about chicks, threads and cash! Despite Edd's claims that the book seems a little dated, Eddy is determined to put its teachings into affect and attract some ladies. The Eds show up at school in platform shoes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DietLimeCola (talk • contribs) Great Plots!-User:Kongsaurus12.

DVD covers?
I tried to add DVD covers to this article, but some IP address removed them. The IP address claimed that, "This has not been released, and even if it has been advertised, unreleased content often undergoes major content revision from what was announced. It does not belong here until it is released.)" Does anyone agree or disagree with that statement? And to the IP address who removed the images, why did you remove the DVD cover for the first season of Ed, Edd n Eddy when it's been released? If the copyright owner or someone else changed the DVD cover, couldn't someone upload a new version of an image as seen in this revision and tag the old one with Template:orfud. I don't see what's wrong with having info on a future DVD release because look at Category:Future events. All the articles in the category are tagged with Template:Future because they have information about a future event. Does a future DVD release count as a future event? Plus, the future template clearly says that content may change dramatically as the event approaches and more information becomes available. Squirepants101 16:07, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- It's been more than six hours since I posted this and no one has responded. If no one responds within the next few days, including the IP address who removed the images, I am going to re-add them along with the information on the season two DVD. Squirepants101 22:16, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- I accidentally removed the DVD cover for the first season, and couldn't figure out how to put it back. As far as future releases, we have all seen projected dates change and projected content change with many such releases. Posting them before they are released seems to be speculation because of this. I don't see anything wrong with creating a new division named "Future Releases" for such things, as that clearly labels them "future" and "may or may not happen." But how do we distinguish between the second season DVD release, and the clearly speculative details about the EEnE movie that was posted several times, and reverted by editors other than me? That's why my preference is not to list anything that has not actually happened yet. Keep in mind that some of the people who edit this article may not even be ten years old, and believe everything they read on fan sites and in fanfictions until it becomes real to them, even if completely false. -- 71.138.26.226 22:17, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
- Are you talking about the vandal who kept adding false information about the Ed, Edd n Eddy movie on articles including Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures? If so, that vandal got blocked by Tregoweth for a month. Squirepants101 23:42, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Yes, that's the vandal I was talking about. Yet, his "information" appeared to be detailed and real. Your information about the second season DVD may be completely factual, but how can anybody tell what is real and what isn't, for stuff that has not happened yet? Putting the second season DVD in a section called "Projected Releases" would suit me, but then someone may add material that seems just as factual, but is really speculation. BTW, sorry about the IP shifts. I am experimenting with Linux, and my IP keeps changing. -- 71.139.246.178 07:04, 17 December 2006 (UTC)
- I was the person who originally added in the information on the season 2 dvd. The information is not fake. The news came from TVShowsOnDVD.com, a very reputable website that gets their information directly from the publishers.

Separate section for pop culture references
This is a bad idea. If you will read the archived discussion pages, you will see that there was concern that the trivia section had grown far too large, and was filled with to many small details, and fancruft. Several agreed that it should be pared down, and it was. Starting a separate section will only encourage editors to begin adding every little instance they can think of once again, which is beyond the scope of an encyclopedia article. -- 71.157.183.100 17:40, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
Vandals Banned from the Library Update
Today all of them (and a few others) were looking at pornography and Japanese Anime Pornography on the computer at the library (Idiots). (And I was the snitch as well, thought it would be a good idea to get these people off the computer because they arent mature enough to use the web let alone wikipedia.) To log into one of the libraries computers here, you need to type in your number and your password. They banned them all from logging in until the start of the new year in January. Hopefully that will give them some time to grow up, considering most of them don't even have a home computer. So hopefully we'll be seeing alot less vandalism here. DietLimeCola 23:04, 28 September 2006 (UTC)
- Looks like its the new year already, and their ban has been lifted. I'm not sure if they're into vandalizing Wikipedia anymore, but I can easily find out (thanks to the library's history) if someone is vandalizing this page or others at the library. If so, I might be able to get the vandals blocked from the library again. I've notified the librarian of their actions in the past, but like I said, I don't know if they care about this site anymore, so it might not be a problem at all. DietLimeCola
Canadian, not American?
I would say that Ed Edd n Eddy is a Canadian series, not American. As far as I understand, Danny Antonucci is Canadian, and AKA Cartoons is in Canada. Also, they use some Canadian words in the series - 'line-up' instead of 'line', 'show' instead of 'episode'. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Yanamal (talk • contribs) 20:22, 11 January 2007 (UTC).
- The show is made under contract for an American TV network, and does not air in Canada at all. That makes it an American show. -- Elaich 02:08, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
No more trivia
I know wikipedia said it's ideal to not have trivia in the article unless it's new, and it does seem better to have facts in the article. I took everything out of the trivia and moved it to the article, along with adding more info about vagueness. Tell me if it seems nicer to have that instead of a trivia section. (Yes, I am 72.47.137.15...I forgot to sign-in.) Black Kat 17:00, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
- Black Kat, you made many extensive edits that amounted to a complete re-write of the article. Many of your points were good, but it's best to discuss such sweeping edits first. You did away with the trivia section. On the other hand, Squirepants wants the trivia section expanded. Plus, there is the "one episode" rule. I always thought it would be best to move episode specific trivia to List of Ed, Edd n Eddy episodes. Such as their middle names, and other things that happened in only one episode. Thoughts? Ideas? -- Elaich 02:41, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- I know that wikipedia said that it is preferred to avoid trivia in articles. Wikipedia:Avoid trivia sections in articles. I also figured that mentioning the theme of a small amount of facts about the characters would be a good idea. If we go without the trivia, we could put what I said back, but if you or anyone else wants to edit it, that's fine. Whatever sounds best is what is ideal to put in the article. Black Kat 19:40, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
I haven't seen any objections to your edits, BK, so go ahead with them. I thought they were pretty good, but wanted to give others a chance for input. Please leave out the middle names, since they are not canon because of the one episode rule. They could be mentioned in the episode guide in the particular episode they aired in, with a disclaimer, of course. -- Elaich 07:24, 28 January 2007 (UTC)
- Sounds good. Black Kat 17:24, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

inapropreote reference
Has anyone ever noticed that in The Luck of the ed when ed implied the magazines fell in the sewer after in which Edd says the text would be unreadable and then Eddy said Its the pictures im worried about. Is this a reference to pornography?
- Yes, it is. I think Edd even says that that is where the magazines belong...in the sewer. Black Kat 19:06, 3 February, 2007 (UTC)
There is also a similar reference in another episode. When Edd and Eddy are in Ed's room (I think it was the one where Ed gets grumpy over a shoe pebble) Eddy sees a magazine called Chicks Galore. He immediately says, "Ed's been holding out on us!" and begins reading the magazine, only to find it is about baby chickens. - To me, it seemed fine. After awhile, it would build into a better section anyway. Building this is much more ideal to wikipedia than to have a trivia section. I don't know why they changed it. All I can think of is trying to do something like start a "theme" section or something like that. Wikipedia would much rather have a new section that fits smoothly into the article than a list of trivia. Overall, what you did was fine. Black Kat 20:15, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Popcorn Fairy
It has been shown in at least two episodes that eddy is the popcoorn fairy.

- Origin of "Popcorn Fairy" (Where this guy got this stupid crap):
- In Little Ed Blue, due to all the kids requests, Eddy was gathering popcorn for everyone watching the movie. He didn't like collecting popcorn and said:
- "-mockingly- I want free popcorn I want free popcorn. -Normal voice- What do I look like, some popcorn fairy?". Cancelled in the US
Hey, There hasn't any new episodes of Ed, Edd n Eddy since August 2006. Has Ed Edd n Eddy been Cancelled in the US?67.175.138.202 19:58, 4 March 2007 (UTC)

Music for each character
I think it should be worth noting that each person in the show has their own musical tune. Edd's tune is a bit more of a smoothish pace with a light tune. Eddy's is somewhat of a faster tempo and played at a lower pitch.

Sources
half of the sources at the bottom of the page are the exact same webpage. can somebody sort this? --Philo 01:07, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
Do you mean the references? That's because it's an article that has no HTML tags within it for pointing at a specific part in the article, so the whole article ends up being pointed at instaed. This is the only online source for most of the inside information about EEnE, so it'll have to stay that way. -- Elaich 04:27, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
Critical reaction
I don't see how this helps in any way to support this article. All it says is that someone wrote a bad review, and that the magazine caved after fan protest. It doesn't help support anything that is published in the article. -- Elaich 14:40, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
What's Wrong?
I looked at the Ed Edd n Eddy page and saw that the last 3 sections of the article were gone- one of these sections contained crucial information. When I went to the "edit page" section, the missing stuff was there! So, I retyped it, and looked at a preview of the page that still had those sections missing! Is this a glitch or did someone rig the Ed Edd n Eddy page? Kikiluvscheese 19:20, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Is it necessary to have this statement in the cultural references section?
"in the episode entitled "an ed is born" eddy mentions steven spielberg. though he refers to him as just "spielberg""
I believe it is irrelevent and will only encourage other editors to add things like that. Eventually, that cultural reference section would grow so large, that it would have to be tagged with Toomuchtrivia (see WP:TRIV). Most of the cultural references listed would be counted as fancruft (see Talk:List of characters in Ed, Edd n Eddy for the "rules"). The section would also violate WP:NOT.
