Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to ExtraTorrent. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did at ExtraTorrent, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. As best I can tell, there hasn't been significant improvement since the decline in February. The one question I have is: What have other people written about HIM? Has HE received significant coverage from reliable sources that are not connected to his employer or publishers he freelances for? Has he won any national-level journalism awards similar to a Pulitzer Prize? Has he received awards in other fields of equal prestige? The fellowships help but they don't seem impressive enough to put him "over the line" by themselves. Before re-submitting, please go to WP:WikiProject India or WP:WikiProject Journalism or some other suitable place where Wikipedians gather on a topic that this person is known for and ask for an assessment of this person's "Notability." Shakoor Rather moved to draftspace
