Image copyright problem with Image:AMG logo.svg
Thanks for uploading Image:AMG logo.svg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
- That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Hi!
I made an article (Audicom) two years ago about a software system for broadcasting, wich was a novel computer system (software and harware) wich changed the broadcast scenario. Now every radio statio has a computer with a software like Audicom (or even better), from FM Lider at Tierra del Fuego to CNN Radio in Atlanta.
About the picture, I want to make clear:
a - I've made the image in question (JRod2 is wrong about that and perhaps blind by his personal war with Oscar Bonello). I taked a snapshot of the program and made some minor cleanup (icon removal from the background). No other people or organization take part on the process, but I contacted the original developers and they allowed me to do that. I've made the image free to use. I didn't read all the options available to license. I did the image and I have no problem to make it public for free use (I'm not asking any royaltie or monetary compensation).
b - The software (Audicom 6.6) is no longer in available (I know the screen shots look nice, that was a requiriment of that software, 'be eye candy' and 'easy to use'). So it's no a case of promotion a product (there is no link to 'buy it now'/'add to basket case'), that's another missinterpretation from JRod2.
So, it doesn't violate any copyright (I've made it, it's my picture, and I want to make it free to use for everyone), and don't make commercial for any available products.
I want to enhace the article (I have some interviews to make, place reference links, and upload some photos provided by third parties). I disglosed in two separated articles because originally Audicom (AUDIo en COMputadora) included both hardware, driver and application software; but the hardware and the software followed different paths.

Even if you take the screenshot, the copyright is owned by the company that made the program. They own the layout and the design, and as such they own the image. Because of this you have to use this license: {{non-free software screenshot}} and provide a fair-use rationale. I can do the latter for you if you want. asenine t/c\r 00:17, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks very much for your comment. Even though I modified the image it's still some else's ? Oh well. It it can be fair use, then we can try it. I've basically given up on using images, except 200 year old ones, on my WP articles. :( Thanks again. Best wishes. --- (Bob) Wikiklrsc (talk) 00:37, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for your kind guidance and help. -- (Bob) Wikiklrsc (talk)
Image:Audicom66.JPG copyright (continued).
Hi:
Ok, I accept your recomendation to change the copyright notice. So, can you do it? (this will solve any claim and we can move forward). I will follow your instructions for the others pictures.
Best regards
