Hi-I'm new on wiki and I'm looking for a person who could help me for uploadng images on my current article "Andrianampoinimerina", thank you in advance... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mounblow (talkcontribs) 13:25, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Hi-thank you for adopting me. My current problem is simply to upload pictures from my PC: can I do that and how? The pictures I want to upload are largely used on numerous websites, though there is no license of utilisation...Thankyou in advance--Mounblow (talk) 15:36, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

RFA Thanks

Thanks for your participation at my recent Request for adminship. I’ll keep your concerns in mind as I continue to work within the project. I hope you find I live up to your expectations of administrators. Best, Risker (talk) 16:40, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

RfA thank-spam

Asenine/Archive 20, just a note of appreciation for your recent support of my request for adminship, which ended successfully with 112 supports, 2 opposes, and 1 neutral. If there's something I've realized during my RFA process this last week, it's that adminship is primarily about trust. I will strive to the best of my ability to honour that trust in my future interactions with the community. Many thanks! Gatoclass (talk) 06:10, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
You are welcome to steal it, since I stole it from somebody else myself :p (although the wording is mine, can't really copy someone else's sentiments) :) Gatoclass (talk) 09:18, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

RfA thanks!

RfA: Many thanks
Many thanks for your participation in my recent request for adminship. I am impressed by the amount of thought that goes into people's contribution to the RfA process, and humbled that so many have chosen to trust me with this new responsibility. I step into this new role cautiously, but will do my very best to live up to your kind words and expectations, and to further the project of the encyclopedia. Again, thank you. --jbmurray (talkcontribs) 16:07, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

While the mess with the Spartak! AfD that Mattbroon tried to create was being cleaned up, he did several more disruptive edits. In particular, he put a deletion prod tag for a prominent British politician Neil Kinnock with the rationale that the article appeared to be an ad for a commercial enterprise[1]. He then manually adjusted the time stamp on the prod to make it appear that the prod has already expired[2]. I removed the prod but I don't know how to view these edits of his as anything other than vandalism. Technically, he had already been given the last warning etc. On the other hand, it is clear that the user was having a bad hair day and was quite upset about something and he seems to have stopped for now. I don't know what action if any is appropriate at this point, but I wanted to let you know. Thanks Nsk92 (talk) 17:31, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Yes. It should be a category not a article. Trees Rock Plant A Tree! 17:32, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we must insist that you assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not on Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of nu metal bands. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. asenine say what? 17:38, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

No, thank you. I am aware, though. ~ twsx | talkcont | ~ 17:48, 17 May 2008 (UTC)

Changing Spelling in a Quote

You changed spelling in a quote in the Andrew Chumbley article under the guise of "fixing typos". The non-standard spelling (read non-American spelling)is taken from the source. Please explain how this is appropriate behavior. Lulubyrd (talk) 08:31, 19 May 2008 (UTC)

Your vote on NPIRL page...

Hi there. I've done a large amount in restructuring this page and filling out citations. Would you be up to re-examining the page in regards to your vote for AfD? Thanks!BcRIPster (talk) 17:14, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
