Steve Witherden is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr since 2024. A member of the Labour Party, he gained the seat from Craig Williams, a member of the Conservative Party.[1]

In his victory speech he mentioned that "Montgomeryshire is the only seat in Wales that had never had a Labour MP so history has been made here tonight".[2]
